Dr. Shawen, his assistant, and the front desk people were all very professional, friendly, and attentive. I appreciated Dr. Shawen’s explanation of my issues and his plan for “getting me back on my feet!” The Ballantyne office is conveniently located for easy access from my home.- Jan S.
