Online Bill Pay

OrthoCarolina participates in most health insurance plans. Once we have accurate and complete health insurance data, we will file your insurance claim on the day following your visit. You do not need to bring an insurance form. However, you must provide your insurance information (including the name of the insurance company and policy number). Usually all the information we need is found on your insurance card. Co-pays are expected at the time of service. If you were injured on the job and were properly authorized, we will bill your employer's insurance carrier. If you do not have health insurance, payment in full is expected at the time of service. You can expect to pay for the estimated cost up front, and the remainder at the end of your visit. If you have overpaid, you will receive a refund.
