Holiday Workout OrthoCarolina

Physical therapist Sarah Dobroka

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the gym,
Sarah was prepping to get her last workouts in

The weights were laying neatly on the rack with care,
In hopes that Sarah would not forget and leave them there

A whole body focus, it would be for sure,
To counter the cookies constantly teasing her
A favorite holiday movie inspired the workout's name,
Come one, come all, let's join the reindeer games!

After this workout, Rudolph may have been happy that he didn't have to participate in those reindeer games! Physical therapist Sarah DoBroka Cooley has helped us get into the holiday spirit by putting together this calorie-sleighing workout. That's right, you can indulge in an extra glass of eggnog or whatever cookie your heart desires.
You'll be glowing just like Rudolph's nose at the end.

Sarah, Great set of raindeer moves. I just completed 1 hour of micromoves working, like John, on my brand new 7 month old knees, as well as a new shoulder only 3 weeks old. Thanks to the entire Ortho Team for their expertise kindness and patience. You and your extended hospital team are amazing! Merry Christmas!!

Sarah- you have made my morning with this video. I’m a double knee replacement away from being able to do most of the floor ones (I might get down, but not up again). That said, I will try some of the others. What I appreciated most was your sense of the season, your workout ensembles and your sense of humor. Filming this with a straight face deserves a shout out. Happy Holidays!
