Physical therapist Sarah Dobroka

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the gym,
Sarah was prepping to get her last workouts in

The weights were laying neatly on the rack with care,
In hopes that Sarah would not forget and leave them there

A whole body focus, it would be for sure,
To counter the cookies constantly teasing her
A favorite holiday movie inspired the workout's name,
Come one, come all, let's join the reindeer games!

After this workout, Rudolph may have been happy that he didn't have to participate in those reindeer games! Physical therapist Sarah DoBroka Cooley has helped us get into the holiday spirit by putting together this calorie-sleighing workout. That's right, you can indulge in an extra glass of eggnog or whatever cookie your heart desires.
You'll be glowing just like Rudolph's nose at the end.

Sarah, Thanks for the Reindeer Games Workout! How fun and I can do these if I take it easy and slow. Please... will you consider 5 more similar exercises (for beginners and advanced) for the New Year? You make them so fun! Thank You!
