As healthcare providers, organizations, and facilities strive to provide the best possible care for their patients, they must also ensure that their operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety. We are beyond thrilled that our own Mallard Creek Surgery Center passed this reaccreditation with flying colors!
The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) provides accreditation for a wide range of ambulatory healthcare settings, including clinics, surgery centers, and medical offices.
Through this reaccreditation, Mallard Creek Surgery Center, MCSC, continues to meet the high standards set by the AAAHC. Once an organization has achieved initial accreditation, it must undergo re-certification every three years to maintain its accredited status to ensure that the organization continues to provide safe, high-quality care and that it remains in compliance with set standards. It also provides an opportunity for the organization to review its operations and identify areas for improvement.
We hope you join us in celebrating this reaccreditation, proving once more that OrthoCarolina provides the better choice in orthopedics, every step of the way.
