Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Athletic Directors and coaches gathered for the OrthoCarolina 2nd Annual Coaches Symposium at The NASCAR Hall of Fame in uptown Charlotte on Monday, October 31st. With three key-note speakers, valuable information was shared about sports medicine, injury prevention, training, and nutrition.

Jason Boudrie and Alicia Fogarty spoke about training and nutrition. Carolina Panther’s Team physician, Dr. Pat Connor, discussed sports medicine and ways to prevent injuries with high school and middle school athletes. Click here to view the presentations from the Symposium.
