Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi are in their frozen foods isle and all over Instagram. The ingredients list is short including cauliflower, cassava flour, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. They are made of 75% cauliflower and save you with considerably less carbs, fat and calories than potato varieties. They're vegan, too!
Even though the ingredients list is short, the recipe possibilities are endless. Here are three ways we're eating cauliflower gnocchi to inspire your next round of meal planning.
1. AS A SIDE
We first tried cauliflower gnocchi along side a piece of blackened mahi-mahi and a green salad.
2. IN A SAUTEE
Next, we sauteed them with mushrooms, onions and garlic and paired with a steak.
3. ITALIAN CLASSIC
Gnocchi as they were meant to be, sauteed in garlic and olive oil with sausage and broccoli rabe.
