Biography
A Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, Janie brings years of outpatient orthopedic experience to our practice. She has completed all classroom education for instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), trained in IAOM and Mulligan manual therapy techniques, certified in BFR (blood flow restriction) and serves as a Certified Clinical Instructor for PTA students. Janie is a certified Pilates and spinning instructor, and teaches classes in her free time at the YMCA.
