Biography
Dr. Howe is from North Carolina and received his undergraduate degree at Duke University. His training continued at Wake Forest University School of Medicine where he remained for residency in orthopaedic surgery. He completed an additional fellowship year in hip and knee surgery at the renowned Anderson Clinic in Washington, DC.
Dr. Howe specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery with an emphasis on outpatient joint replacement and robotic assisted arthroplasty. He enjoys teaching and training other surgeons about new technologies and tissue sparing approaches.
Dr. Howe and his wife Cristi Howe, MD are both long-time members of the Winston Salem medical community and have two children, Preston and Natalie. He enjoys the outdoors and traveling with his family.
