Biography
I am dedicated to using my knowledge, education, and passion for health and fitness to educate others on how to rehabilitate their bodies and get back to doing what they love. When I'm not at OrthoCarolina, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my furbaby. We love to explore Charlotte and try new restaurants.
