Jeffrey Morrison, PA-C

Biography

Jeffrey Morrison, PA-C, brings over 18 years of orthopedic experience to his role at OrthoCarolina, where he specializes in shoulder, elbow, and sports medicine. Since joining the practice in 2013, Jeff has worked closely with Dr. Nady Hamid to care for patients with complex upper extremity injuries. His clinical work includes surgical first assist, outpatient evaluation, and guiding patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. 

Jeff began his career in 2007 in Northern Virginia, gaining broad experience across sports medicine, trauma, total joint replacement, and spine surgery. As a faculty member for the OrthoCarolina PA Fellowship Program, he is passionate about mentoring early-career providers and fostering clinical excellence. 

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his two young sons, playing golf, and experimenting with new recipes on the grill or smoker. A fun fact that often surprises his colleagues: Jeff once served as a mascot for a college football team—energy and enthusiasm that he now brings to both patient care and mentorship.
