The Mary Kasch Hand Therapy Certification Scholarship provides opportunities for professional development by providing financial support to an OT/PT interested in pursuing certification in hand therapy. The scholarship amount totals $1500 and covers the cost of examination fee, travel expenses and study materials in order to prepare for the certification examination given in both May and November each year.
Mary Kasch wanted a well-deserving occupational therapist or physical therapist to receive a financial scholarship to assist in the process of becoming a certified hand therapist.
OrthoCarolina Hand Therapy Fellow, Ashley Coudron DeCo, OTR/L was selected as the 2019 Mary C. Kasch Scholarship recipient.
