A graduate of Stockton University and Des Moines University’s PA program, Jon is known for his calm leadership, strong surgical acumen, and dedication to mentoring the next generation of physician assistants. In addition to his fellowship leadership, he serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Dubuque PA Program and is a recurring volunteer with OpWalk Carolinas.

I am so pleased with OrthoCarolina experience. The girls at the front desk are very helpful and I very seldom have to wait long to get to see my doctors. Yesterday, I visited with Jon Hendershot, PA-C who works with Dr. Beaver. Jon is outgoing, and answers all my questions. I have great confidence in him and leave the office feeling good about the discussions we had about the surgery, and how to manage my pain.
