Bio

I have been an athlete my entire life. In high school, I was quite active–I participated in wrestling, swimming, and archery. I assisted in coaching a youth summer swim team for a couple of years during the end of high school and into college. For my first two years in college, I attended Davidson College and participated in the cheerleading team. It was at Davidson that I found my passion for strength and conditioning. I pursued this passion at UNCC, and during this transition, I began to compete in powerlifting. I have participated in internships with Elon University and Catawba Ridge High School for strength and conditioning and served as a Graduate Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Cumberland University. While most of my experience involves sports performance training, I also love to apply my knowledge and personal experience of exercise to anyone willing to train.
