Growing up, Colton participated in many different sports which reinforced his competitive mindset. He has always been drawn to physical activity and the multitude of benefits it has on the human mind and body. His training background focuses on strength and conditioning and he works to create an experience that’s both exciting and challenging. Colton believes that exercise and training aren't just about losing weight or gaining muscle, but also about mental and physical health and well-being. He knows there's always room for improvement and pushes his clients to achieve their goals and more.
