Biography

Brent Shear has served as the Chief Financial Officer of OrthoCarolina since 2006. Before this role, he held senior executive positions in both private and public companies across various sectors, including healthcare (hospital and medical group), retail, and manufacturing from 1986 to 2006. He obtained his degree in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University.
