Blair Primis has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, business development, and brand strategy across the healthcare, financial services, automotive, and restaurant industries. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong organizational relationships, creating innovative campaigns, and driving long-term growth initiatives.

Since joining OrthoCarolina in 2009, Blair has helped expand the organization’s regional presence, establish its user experience department, and strengthen community partnerships throughout the Carolinas. His leadership has driven initiatives focused on enhancing patient access, improving the overall patient experience, fostering community integration, and supporting organizational growth.
