OrthoCarolina’s fixed, state-of-the-art MRI unit is located at our Randolph Road location and is open seven days a week to quickly and efficiently serve you. For your convenience, we also provide MRI services at our Ballantyne, Shelby and University locations.

- Less paperwork: We obtain referrals and provide pre-authorization from your insurance company
- Personal assistance: Your nurse will give you directions to the unit closest to you.
- Patient-friendly MRI: We use a “short-bore” MRI scanner, which helps minimize the claustrophobic effect often experienced during MRI testing.
- Evening and weekend appointments: At our Randolph Road office, the fixed unit is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.
