Team OC is a formalized volunteer program, started in 2011, that has designated site coordinators at each location to assist in coordinating volunteer activities for their location as well as OrthoCarolina-wide events.


The Mission:

Team OrthoCarolina is committed to supporting activities that enhance and serve the community in which we live. We will seek to create awareness, drive action and increase our potential for impact by bringing individuals and resources together. The Team will strive to strengthen the company’s commitment to our core values of community, service, teamwork and quality.

The Work:

So far, we've help local organizations such as A Child's Place and the Ronald McDonald House.
